Lovely lovey Vietnamese takeaway place in Trafford center. Loads of delicious meals in affordable prices, and my favorite thing was that they had vegan options with desserts and portion sizes were great. The vegan pho and spring rolls are to die for!

Can’t recommend this place enough, have eaten in the Trafford centre a few times and had home delivery too. The food is delicious every time, the flavours are amazing and the produce they use seems to be top quality. One of my favourite food vendors.

Excellent choice of food, easy to order on the touchscreens, with lots of nutritional information - very useful for a newly diagnosed diabetic. Lemongrass chicken was very tasty and well presented. Service was very quick and staff very friendly and helpful.

Really kind and hard working staff. Honestly surprisingly high quality for a food court location. They really tick all the boxes in terms of options. Slightly expensive given the lack of service and disposable crockery but still acceptable given venue. They give fair portions of noodles and meat which is nice. The beef is delicious and the garnish options are above average. The sides and drinks are kinda small which makes the meal deal feel like lower value.

During a recent sojourn to the esteemed Manchester Trafford Centre, I happened upon an establishment of particular note: HOP. Hailing from Scotland—where Vietnamese cuisine remains a rare gem, especially in Halal offerings—I was most intrigued to discover this culinary sanctuary. For quite some time, I have harboured a desire to sample an authentic Banh Mi sandwich, though circumstances and scarcity often impeded such ambitions. Imagine my delight, then, upon encountering HOP's caramelised chicken Banh Mi—a revelation of flavour, masterfully balanced and executed. Accompanying this were the vegetable gyoza, bursting with freshness and finesse, each bite a testament to careful craftsmanship. As for the libations: a tart yet refreshing lemonade, a jubilant tropical slushie, a perfectly brewed Vietnamese drip iced coffee, and a delightful strawberry boba milk—all offerings of exemplary quality, befitting of any discerning palate. Each was prepared with such attention to detail, one could scarcely fault a single element. The staff, I must commend most highly. Their warmth, attentiveness, and efficiency elevated the experience considerably, all while maintaining an admirable pace of service. The interiors, too, were thoughtfully curated—contemporary yet inviting, with a design that speaks to both elegance and comfort. Indeed, I have perused the establishment’s website with great interest, curious to ascertain whether franchising opportunities may arise. Should HOP consider extending its reach northward, I would be most eager to explore the potential of introducing this culinary jewel to Scotland. A most sincere commendation to the team—do continue this marvellous work. You shall have in me a watchful and enthusiastic supporter.

I absolutely devoured the noodle salad with pork—it was incredible! I also tried the crispy spring rolls, and they were so delicious I couldn’t stop to take a photo. Everything was super fresh, with just the right kick of heat lingering on the tongue. Highly recommend—so good!

Was the only person there when I ordered so wasn't sure what to expect but really glad I did. Got a chicken satay HOP box, with vegetable spring rolls and a raspberry lemonade. The HOP box and fresh lemonade were absolutely delicious, spring rolls were okay. Came to 16.80 which is quite a lot but can make the box cheaper by opting for no side and/or a different drink. Given a lot of food in the Trafford centre is expensive as well, would say this was a very good option and seemed both healthy and tasty. They had the option to see the macros of your food when ordering on the screen, and it was packaged in such a way I would say it's a good option for taking away or for a delivery.
